Since he used to work in finance, his financial acumen is also top-rate. Here are some anecdotes that I believe speak to the level of service I’ve received as a client of Alex’s: 1) Alex has gone to our house to pick up mail and sent it to us when we were out of town. 2) When one of our properties had a utility emergency, Alex helped us find service providers late at night and then went to attend the situation on site! This saved us a huge headache. 3) The COVID crisis hit soon after our second child was born. I was very concerned about the pandemic since our infant obviously didn’t have a strong immune system yet. Alex gave us a ton of hand sanitizer and masks to help keep us safe during the crisis. We weren’t working with Alex on any transactions at the time. He simply thought of us, asked how he could help, and went out of his way to do something extremely kind for us. It’s pretty hard to beat that level of caring from someone you work with, especially when there wasn’t any short term financial incentive for him to do that. I have easily a hundred other examples. I almost didn’t want to write this review because I don’t want to share Alex with anyone.
